A place where you can enjoy reading, looking and browsing between the art in nature. Lying in the grass, or on a bench or chair? The choice is yours.
Our staff are creating a careful selection of art books for you. They invite you to dive deeper into the museum collection and into the work of the literary makers. In this way, you discover the many stories behind the works of art and writers.
Of course, you can also come and read your own books. Do you like reading in a group? The outdoor library is the perfect place to connect with words and stories, with others and with yourself.
A sudden shower of Belgian rain? No worries: you will stay nice and dry in the nearby collection pavilion with a library.
